EASY HOT APPLE CIDER

2 quarts apple juice or cider

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 cinnamon sticks

1/4 tsp whole cloves

Heat together in crockpot. Easy and good.

CRANAPPLE PUNCH (Kathy Farneman)

2 quarts cranapple juice

2 liter bottle 7UP

Chill and mix together just before serving.

MOM'S BIRTHDAY PARTY PUNCH

1 pkg. red koolaid

1 pkg. orange koolaid

2 cups sugar

3 quarts water

1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice

Mix all but juice. Add juice and about four cups ice cubes.
My mom always served this at our birthday parties so that is what I remember when I taste it.

ORANGEY LEMONADE

1 pkg. lemonade koolaid

6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate

2 1/2 quarts water

Mix all together.

GOOD GREEN LIME PUNCH

1 pkg. green koolaid

1 12 oz can frozen limeade

1 cup sugar

3 quarts water

Mix all together.

Add two-liters Sprite or 7UP before serving. It's also good without the soda

MORMON CHAMPAGNE

Mix equal parts of chilled apple cider and ginger ale.

(Can also use white grape juice and ginger ale.)

We used this in the days before you could buy Sparkling Cider.

GRAPE PUNCH (Grandma Palmer)

1 pkg. grape koolaid

1 cup sugar

1 12 oz. can frozen grape juice

Make both according to instructions on package. Mix together. Can also add 7-Up.
(Grandma Palmer made this with her home-bottled grape juice)

WEDDING PUNCH 1

1- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade

1- 6 oz. can frozen orange juice

1 1/2 cups sugar

10 cups water

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. Almond extract

2 liters 7-Up or Sprite

Mix well.
We've served this at several weddings. Don't leave out the almond flavoring.

WEDDING PUNCH 2

12 oz frozen white grape juice concentrate

3 cans water

2 liters Sprite

Good mild punch. Can add food coloring or float frozen berries in it.
We served this at Dani and Travas' open house in Kirkland.

WEDDING PUNCH 3

1 pkg. Cranberry Koolade (or black cherry or raspberry)

1 cup sugar

3 qt. Water

12 oz frozen cran-raspberry juice concentrate

2 liters Sprite

We served this at Dani and Travas' reception in St. George.

OUR WEDDING FRAPPE

2 liters lemon-lime pop (Sprite, 7UP, etc.)

2 quarts pineapple sherbet

Mix together in a blender and serve in small cups. We served this at our wedding in 1971.

PUNCH CONCENTRATE #1

1 large can pineapple juice

5 lbs sugar

24 pkgs Koolaid (12 red and 12 orange)

2 large cans frozen orange juice

Heat pineapple juice and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool slightly then stir in punch powder then orange juice. Refrigerate or freeze. Add 1/3 cup concentrate to 1 cup cold water.

OUR HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

6 ounce jar creamer (1 cup)

1 lb box Nestles Quik (2 cups)

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup cocoa (unsweetened powder)

2 Tb cinnamon (optional)

Box of instant powdered milk that makes 8 quarts

Stir all together thoroughly. This makes a lot of mix and is good.
To serve:  stir about 1/3 cup mix to one cup hot water.
Variation: omit cocoa and cinnamon.
